Carton packaging: The lighting is placed in a molded foam. However, molded foam has gaps, which can cause the lighting to shake violently during transportation, resulting in breakage or damage during handling. Therefore, we fill these gaps, ensuring the lighting fits 100% within the foam, without any gaps. Customized flight case packaging also has gaps, and we fill every corner with foam to ensure the lighting is securely in the flight case and prevents shaking. Finally, we perform a drop test. The packaged lighting is dropped multiple times from a 1-meter workbench to test its integrity.Custom Process
