We are a professional manufacturer specializing in stage lighting and architectural lighting equipment. Our core products include moving head beams, spot and wash lights, LED PAR lights, laser lights, DMX controllers, as well as outdoor flood lights, linear lights, and dot lights for building facades.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct factory located in Guangzhou, China. We have our own R&D, production, and quality control teams, which allows us to ensure high quality and offer competitive prices.

What is your MOQ?
We do have an MOQ, but it can be flexible. For standard products, the MOQ is typically low. We understand the needs of our clients and can discuss the MOQ based on the specific product and order details. Contact us for a customized quotation.

Can you customize products according to our requirements?
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. We can customize products based on your specifications for aspects like housing color, logo, DMX protocols, and light output. Our strong R&D team can help bring your ideas to life.

What is your lead time for production and delivery?
The standard lead time is typically 15-30 days after receiving the deposit, depending on the order quantity and product complexity. We will provide a precise delivery schedule upon order confirmation.

What are your payment terms?
We commonly accept T/T (Bank Transfer). A deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance paid before shipment. Other payment methods can be discussed.

How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is our top priority. We implement a strict QC process throughout production, from component sourcing to final assembly. Every light is tested before packing. We also hold international certifications like CE, RoHS, and others applicable to our products.

Can we visit your factory?
Yes, we warmly welcome our clients to visit our factory in Guangzhou. It's a great opportunity to see our production facilities, quality control, and discuss business face-to-face. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a standard warranty for our products, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years. The specific warranty period may vary by product. We provide repair and replacement services for any manufacturing defects during the warranty period.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
We usually ship by Express or air or sea express such as DHL, UPS, FedEX, TNT will take about 7 days from our factory to your company. Sea shipping will take about 45 days from our factory to the port.

Which international certification will you provide?
CE, ROHS, FCC, we can also do certification if you have any special requirement.

Can I have a sample order?
Yes, We welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
