TIPTOP Light- Professional Stage Light Manufacturer Offers Complete Solution Since 2012.

Indoor Lecture/Cinema

The key point is to overcome the visual dullness of enclosed spaces. During presentations, soft face lighting clearly illuminates the speaker's demeanor, while low-saturation background lighting highlights the key content, preventing the audience from being distracted by monotonous lighting. In cinematic settings, gradual lighting transitions between dark and dark to focus on the screen, while warm lighting creates a comfortable waiting atmosphere. This not only compensates for the lack of natural light and shadow in the room, but also connects the "viewing, performing, interacting" process through the rhythm of lighting, ensuring both efficient information transmission and sensory comfort in a confined space.

Core Principles: Uniform, soft, and non-intrusive.

Speaker Lighting: Use tri-color soft lights or LED flat panel soft lights as face lighting, projecting from above and in front of the stage at an angle of approximately 45 degrees. This eliminates facial shadows and creates a natural eye glow. It is also low-heat, flicker-free, and comfortable for speakers during long presentations.

Auditorium Lighting: Maintain appropriate ambient light to facilitate note-taking and provide a consistent transition from the stage.

PPT/Screen Compatibility: Lighting should be positioned away from the projection screen or LED screen to prevent light from diluting the content. Adjustable focusable profile lights are typically used to precisely illuminate the presentation area without affecting the screen.

Control: A simple dimming system with several preset scene modes: "Full Hall Bright" (entry and exit), "Speech Mode" (bright for the speaker, slightly darker for the audience), and "Presentation Mode" (only dim light remains in the security corridor).

Pain Points:

Speaker Glare/Visual Fatigue: The lighting is too concentrated and glare is strong, making it difficult for the speaker to open their eyes.

Heavy Facial Shadows: Top lighting or single-sided lighting causes "panda eyes" and "skull shadows," affecting the image and video quality.

Light Impact on the Screen: Light hitting a white screen makes PowerPoint presentations difficult to read.

Excessive Temperature: Traditional halogen tungsten lamps generate a lot of heat, making the podium feel like a "burning furnace."

Solution:

Always use a diffuser and adjust it at a suitable angle to avoid direct light into the speaker's eyes.

Follow the basic principles of the three-point lighting method (key light, fill light, and rim light), and use symmetrical lighting from at least two sides to eliminate shadows.

Precisely control the light spot range, using a sunshade to "cut" the light to the presentation area, clearly separating it from the screen.

Fully utilizes LED cold light sources to fundamentally eliminate heat generation issues.
