The wedding banquet stage relies on stage lighting, not only to solve the problem of "blurred visual focus" in the indoor environment - using follow-spots to accurately lock on the newlyweds, preventing guests from missing ceremony details due to distracted vision in the banquet hall; but also to create a "scene-based narrative" through lighting: from the dreamy light effects when the newlyweds enter the stage, to the soft warm light when exchanging rings, to the smart light and shadow of the interactive session, the indoor space breaks through physical limitations and the atmosphere changes with the wedding process, allowing guests to witness happiness while having a more immersive experience.

Base and ambient lighting: Use a large number of adjustable color temperature LED PARs or LED wall washers to outline the stage background and enhance the ambient color (such as champagne gold or romantic purple).

Accent Lighting: Spotlights follow newcomers, hosts and other key figures, putting them in the spotlight.

Embellishment Effects: Small pattern lights project patterns such as the couple's names or hearts onto the stage or floor. Beam lights are used for key moments such as the first entrance and the ring exchange.

Creating an Ambiance: Decorative lighting fixtures such as string lights, glass lamps, and moon lamps, combined with table flower arrangements, create a warm and romantic dining environment.

Pain Points:

Harsh and unattractive lighting: Traditional PAR lighting creates heavy shadows on faces, making photos look unappealing.

Cluttered and tacky colors: Overuse of colored lights or colors that don't match the wedding theme.

Interference with Photography and Videography: Effect lighting like strobes and lasers can severely damage a photographer's photos and video footage.

Process Coordination Failures: Follow-spots can't follow the couple, missing out on key lighting effects.

Solutions:

Prioritize the use of soft-lighting devices (such as soft-light paper and LED flat panels) to ensure soft and even lighting for the subjects.

Develop a simple lighting color scheme that aligns with the wedding theme and avoids excessive or cluttered colors.

Communicate thoroughly with the photographer to disable strobes and lasers during key moments (such as vows and kisses), and provide ample, stable front lighting.

Review the wedding schedule in advance and have the lighting operator rehearse the spotlight path to ensure a flawless experience.
