The machine outside cover is aluminum and strong enough for shipping to overseas country.

The remote controller support to adjust machine jet height and build in program.  Customer can make the setting to machine and use remote controller to make machine jet with different direction.  No need additional controller.  Customer need to set the machine DMX address to 001/003/005/007 such way and press remote controller Number button(the lcd display will shows machine quantity change).  The remote controller maximum support 15 units.  Then press the effect button and machine will jet with program effect.  (please note the remote controller no remember function and need to make the setting again next time)

The DMX controller channels 1 (0-220= heat off.  221-239= clean powder function.  240-255=heating function).  Channels 2 (0-255 control jet distance).  When you no need to machine heating on.  Then press the channels 1 under 220 and it will turn off heating.  No need to keep machine heater working side always.  If you want to use remote controller to shut of heating.  Press heat off more than 3 seconds and machine heating will shut off.

Product advantages

Remote controller is 2.4G and control distance can be 50m. the machine receiver is built outside the cover and receive effect is good and fast response.

The machine has 2 electrical motor to transfer and propel powder.  You can use DMX controller or Remote controller to choose clean function.  To make sure inside no powder keep inside the powder pipe.  (please use clean function each time after use otherwise the powder becomes cool easy to block the pipe)

Due to express company requirement we need to remove the battery from remote controller.  Customer need to purchase from the local shop again after receive the machine.

The heater pipe is electromagnetic heating and heating speed is fast and safe.
