TIPTOP Light operates a rigorous and traceable quality control system. As a professional light manufacturer, we implement a three-stage process to ensure the reliability of every piece of stage lighting equipment:
Stage 1: Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Supplier Audit: We only partner with qualified suppliers who pass our quality and environmental audits.
- Key Component Testing:
-
- Optical Components: Testing LEDs and lenses for luminous flux, color temperature consistency, and decay curves.
- Electronic Components: Functional testing of PCBs and drivers, including sample high-temperature aging.
- Structural Parts: Inspection of material thickness, dimensional tolerances, and structural strength.
Stage 2: In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
- Production Monitoring: Operators perform self-inspections based on standard operating procedures, while QC inspectors conduct regular spot checks on wiring and waterproof structures.
- Core Aging & Calibration:
-
- Initial Testing: Verifying basic lighting, movement, and color functions.
- 72-Hour Aging: All products undergo 72 hours of continuous operation under simulated working conditions to eliminate early failures.
- Full Functional Debugging: Testing all DMX channels, gobos, prisms, and focus via professional consoles.
Stage 3: Final Quality Control (FQC)
- 100% Inspection: A complete re-test of functions after aging, along with a thorough visual inspection for any assembly defects or scratches.
- Reliability Testing:
-
- Environmental Simulation: High/low temperature cycling to verify performance in extreme climates.
- Transit Simulation: Vibration and drop tests to evaluate packaging and structural integrity.
- IP Rating Verification: Professional dustproof and waterproof testing for rated products.
- Final Audit: Verifying that all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included before shipping.
